What are your rates?
Individual sessions are 50 mins, 60 mins, 75 mins or 90 mins long, and the rate is $150 (50mins)/ $165 (60mins)/ $185 (75mins)/ $205 (90mins), Couples or family sessions are 75 mins or 90 mins long, and the rate is $220 (75mins)/ $240 (90mins).
What are the payment options?
E-transfer, credit card or cash are accepted, and payment is due on the date of your appointment.
If paying by e-transfer, payment can be made anytime before your next appointment.
Will my insurance cover counselling?
If you plan on using your extended healthcare benefits, please check with your insurance provider (or HR) to confirm that your plan covers sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). A receipt for reimbursement will be provided at the end of each session.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee.
